How to enrol
There are 2 ways to enrol – by telephone or in person. If you are entitled to a discount (see opposite) you MUST enrol in person.
To enrol you will need to provide the following:

Full name and address

Date of birth
-
Details of any medical conditions / disabilities you may have

If you are unemployed and the length of time you have been so
-
Evidence of your circumstances if you are claiming a discount (see opposite)

Details of person to contact in an emergency

If your employer is paying for your course and examinations you will need to provide a letter from your employer confirming this at the time of enrolment. Please ensure the letter contains the full name and address of your employer

Your chosen method of payment
In Person
You can enrol in person at our Hagley Road Centre at Student Support Services on the following dates:
3rd to 13th January 2012
Monday to Friday 10.00am – 4.00pm
After these dates a late enrolment service will be available via the main reception at the Hagley Road Centre.
By Telephone
To enrol by telephone call our Student Support Services team on 01384 399575.
Please have your credit or debit card details ready.
*On certain courses students may be able to obtain concessionary fees of 25% or even 100% reduction depending upon circumstances. Tuition fee concessions are available if you are in receipt of the following, depending on the nature of the course (non vocational or vocational): Job Seekers Allowance, Council Tax, Income Support, Housing Benefit, an unwaged dependent of all of these things, Working Tax Credit or an unwaged dependent of this (not including Child Tax Credit), 16-18 year learner as at 31st August in the relevant funding year, Asylum seeker in receipt of the equivalent of an income based benefit or Pensions Guarantee Credit. Proof and evidence of the benefit must be provided to the enrolment officer – concessionary discounts only apply to tuition fees and do not apply to exam fees.
