Loans

All full-time and part-time students can borrow material from the Learning Resources Centres.

There are various types of loan and each type has a different loan period.

Standard Loan

Up to 6 items can be borrowed for two weeks

Short Loan

Up to 4 items can be borrowed for one week only

Reference

Up to 2 items can be borrowed overnight

Reference Catalogues

Up to 2 items can be borrowed overnight

Reference Red Spot

These items cannot be borrowed

 

We also have various types of material, which can be borrowed:

DVDs / Videos

A wide selection of videos are available, covering various subjects and these can be borrowed for a two-week period.

CDs / Cassettes

Language cassette tapes are available and can also be borrowed for a two-week period.

Slides

Up to 20 slides may be borrowed for 2 weeks as an aid for presentations.

Digital Cameras

May be borrowed for the day or part thereof. They should be returned by 4pm.

Reference Catalogues

Catalogues of artist’s exhibitions available for overnight loan. They must be returned by 10.00am the next morning.
