With over twenty years retail experience, Jackie Cartwright, Manager at Moments, had no formal qualifications and found that going back to learning in the workplace was easier than she had expected: She said: “The practical on the job training means that the course doesn’t interfere with your working or personal life. There’s a good balance of written and practical work and it really contributes to the level of service we offer our customers. And it’s great to have a qualification under my belt.”

Kim Babb, Director of Business Skills Stourbridge, said: “More and more employers are looking for qualifications these days and Business Skills Stourbridge offers a range of practical on the job training which doesn’t interfere with work but enhances the role that employees can play on a day to day basis.”

Paul Cleveland, Managing Director of Moments, said: “Jackie Cartwright and her team play a vital role in the running of the business. It’s a great reassurance that they are prepared to put the effort in to achieve these qualifications, especially in today’s economic climate, to ensure that we can offer both excellent management skills and first class customer service.”
