Clothes Show Goes Live
Stourbridge College Art & Design Diploma students have put the finishing touches to their courses and have shown that they are cutting edge when it comes to fashion and design.

A spectacular Fashion Show was put on at Stourbridge College’s Hagley Road Centre by the Diploma in Foundation Studies Art & Design and the second year National Diploma Fashion & Textiles students. The show was the culmination of a year’s hard work where the students showcased themed work such as Kaftans, Tweed, Dream Sequence and Black/White/Primary.
Russ Henry, Assistant Principal for Creative Industries, said: “All students featured in the Fashion Show have successfully passed their courses and most are progressing to degree courses at some of the most prestigious universities including Central Saint Martins, Liverpool John Moores and Manchester Metropolitan Universities. The collection, which was modelled by students, showed a versatile use of fabric in a range of themed designs which were both eye catching and innovative.”
