He said: “At the moment I’m part of a talented visual communication, graphic design, class at Stourbridge College but in order to utilise my free time over the past year I’ve been working on a day release basis with Italica. I’ve gained some valuable work experience which has really boosted my computer based design skills. I’ve also learned a lot about working for reputable clients which has introduced me to new aspects of design and given me a much wider scope and knowledge of the design industry.”

Mike Allen, Managing Director at Italica, which is based in Wombourne, said: “Adam is an excellent student and is a fine example of the high standards of education in Art & Design at Stourbridge College, underpinning their track record as a place of choice for aspiring designers and artists in the Midlands. Adam integrated really well, proved adept in programmes and enjoyed and benefited from discussions on the design decision making progress. We’ve enjoyed a very fruitful relationship with the college – having designed their new brand – and it’s been a pleasure to work with one of their students.”
