College Counselling Service

The College Counselling Service is based at the WHAT? centre , Coventry Street, Stourbridge.

Telephone: 01384 379992.

The Counselling Service is a full time service, and the range of issues brought to the counsellor is enormous. The Counselling Service is CONFIDENTIAL and what you tell us will not be discussed with anyone outside without your permission. You may be worried about a problem and want to talk it over with someone who will listen and give you support. No problem is too small and you do not need to have a serious difficulty before you come and see us. You can drop in for a chat at anytime.

If you would like to book an appointment to see a counsellor you can ring the What? centre on the above number. There is an answer machine to leave a contact number, which is confidential to the Counselling Service. You can also make appointments through any of the College Reception areas or Student Services, or if you wish you may ask your tutor to book an appointment for you.

There are several counsellors, both male and female and it can be arranged for you to see whichever you prefer, or someone of the same ethnic origin if preferred.

For further information contact the What? centre, or pick up a leaflet about the service in any of the College Reception areas.
