Services and Facilities
Student Services
Student Services offers a range of support for students and prospective students. We have a team of specialist staff who work together to provide help and advice. Whatever your question or problem, you can bring it to us and we will do our best to help you.
Student Services is based within the reception area at the Hagley Road Centre.
Information, Advice and Guidance is offered on a variety of topics related to training, work, career development, financial support whilst training or a change in programme of study. Up-to-date information and advice is also available on Stourbridge College’s own provision.
For those of you at college, an appointment can be made at anytime during the year to see an adviser to talk about your present course, or options for the future. You may also wish to see someone to help with a CV or a job application. Pop into Student Services to make an appointment or give us a call.
If you are not a student at college and wish to make an appointment to discuss your options and opportunities then please contact us to do so. You do not have to be employed/unemployed or live in any specific geographical area and the service will cost you nothing.
Connexions
Student Services has two members of the local Connexions Service who are part of our team and work with us throughout the week. If you would like to make an appointment with either of these advisers call into Student Services.
Higher Education
Student Services holds a large range of information on higher education
opportunities and related services. We give support and guidance to those
applying for higher education courses.
